Dr. Andrew C. Roeser is licensed in the State of Texas and attended the University of Texas at Austin majoring in business finance appearing on the Dean’s List each year. After graduating from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston with high honors, he continued at Baylor completing his internship in surgery and his residency in neurosurgery. He was chief resident at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, St. Luke’s Hospital and Ben Taub Hospital. He received advanced training at The University of California School of Medicine in San Francisco, completing a Minimally Invasive and Complex Spine Surgery Fellowship in the Department of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Roeser has staff appointments with The Methodist Hospital, St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, and Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital. His clientele includes local, national and international patients. Dr. Roeser currently has numerous articles in Neurosurgery and The Journal of Neurosurgery. He has authored book chapters that are included in Spine Surgery: Techniques, Complication Avoidance, and Management, Advanced Concepts in Lumbar Degenerative Disk Disease, Percutaneous Spinal Fixation, and Fundamentals of Operative Techniques in Neurosurgery.
Dr. Roeser is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, AANS/CNS Joint Section of Spine Surgery, Texas Association of Neurological Surgeons, Houston Neurological Society and Harris County Medical Society. |
